Colin spent time in consumer finance before moving into recruitment with a large blue chip recruiter. After learning a huge amount very quickly he moved to a smaller specialist recruitment firm working closely with the directors. This inspired him to start a new recruitment business of his own in 1999 which evolved into Colin Larter Recruitment in 2001. Colin and Gay drive the business forward together living and breathing the ethics and standards that the business works to.

Gay Larter

Operations Director

Gay has 15 years experience within consumer finance latterly as a Regional Manager with one of the largest players in the market. She has been a director of Colin Larter Recruitment since 2001. Having been a hiring manager within consumer finance she has brought a wealth of experience to our recruitment business.

James Carter

James manages the Banking team and is well equipped to react to all our financial sales roles immediately He thrives on deadlines and loves a challenge. He comes from a property and mortgage background so is well placed to advise candidates from his own experiences.
