Mortgage Sales Co-Ordinator
To promote and sell mortgage, investment and insurance products in a contact centre environment both over the phone and through emerging technologies. Maximising potential new business and renewal through the provision of an excellent customer service whilst maintaining an outstanding quality of business and profitability.
Key Accountabilities
Conducting regular Mortgage interviews without giving advice
Co-ordinating and carrying out the administrative tasks connected to the role
To achieve personal and team objectives
Supplying outstanding customer service and portraying an excellent image to existing/potential customers.
Key Skills/Experience
Contact centre/ call centre experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Excellent administration skills, including good keyboard skills.
Self motivation.
Excellent influencing and persuasion skills.
Excellent listening skills including the ability to identify customer needs.
Experience of working towards targets.
Computer literate with working knowledge of Windows, Excel and Word.
Required to work Saturdays on a rota basis.
