The Role
Customer Service Representative
The role of the Customer Service Representative is to pro-actively manage designated corporate customer accounts, while working to set targets to maximise existing and new business opportunities. Due to the nature of the accounts, work is varied and there is a heavy focus on building relationships.
Key responsibilities:-
· Managing designated corporate customer accounts to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained.
· Dealing with a wide range of requests from vehicle renewal quotes and ordering, through to completion
· Handling enquiries by email, phone and online systems
· Participating in face to face meetings with customers, or visits to their premises
· Producing reports

Experience Required
All applicants must have strong customer service experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain working relationships with a wide range of internal and external customers
English & Maths – grade C at GCSE or equivalent
Hours of work
37.5 hours per week
Shifts between 8.00 am to 6 pm
Benefits
£15,500 - £20,000
Bonuses up to 30% of salary
