The Role

Customer Service Representative

Working within a highly motivated team, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for existing corporate customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Managing customer accounts to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
• Dealing with a wide range of requests from Vehicle renewal quotes and ordering through to ensuring satisfactory delivery
• Handling enquiries by email, phone and website
• Building and maintaining relationships

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Previous customer service experience is essential

Strong written and verbal communication skills

GCSE or equivalent English & Maths

Benefits

Salary £15,000 - £17,500 depending on experience

Plus monthly bonus
