The Role

Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for leading their team to deliver the branch sales plan. They will set an example on how to delight the customer and deliver the highest quality experience. This will be achieved by the Branch Manager creating a customer led culture where sales management standards are focused on, with the coaching & development of branch staff as the focus of the role.
