Our client is a large vehicle leasing company; they are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Birmingham. All candidates must come from a strong customer service background and thrive on working in a busy environment.

The Role

Customer Service Representative

You will be responsible for managing customer accounts and providing a high level of service. You will be targeted n maximising these accounts and also looking for new business opportunities. Work is varied and there is a heavy focus on building long term customer relationships.

Duties to include:-

· Dealing with a wide range of requests from vehicle renewal quotes and ordering, through to ensuring satisfactory delivery.

· Handling enquires by email, phone of through the website

· Participating in face to face meetings with customers

· Producing reports

Experience Required

All applicants must have account management experience and come from a strong sales background.

Benefits

Basic Salary £17,000 - £18,000
