The Role
Team Leader
You will be managing the day to day activities of the sales support team. You will be providing direction, coaching, motivation and development – with the aim of ensuring that sales support activities are optimised and customer service standards are exceeded.
Duties will include:-
- Ensuring efficient completion of credit applications, new account documentation, progressing orders through to delivery and supporting the sales process.
- To be involved with recruitment, induction, setting objectives and appraisals
- Coaching staff and monitoring their performance
- Exceed customer service expectations
Experience Required
All applicants must be currently managing / leading a team.
Benefits
Basic Salary £25,000 - £29,000
